Christmas Arrangements
Orders placed after 16th December can not be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas (although we will do our best!). Happy Christmas!
Shipping is free to any destination in the UK for orders with a value of £25 or greater (subject to a max weight of 20kg). Order values for less than £25, will incur a fee of £4.
Any order which weighs more than 20kg or which has a delivery address on islands (i.e. not UK mainland) may be liable to additional fees, so as to cover postage costs. In such an instance, we will contact you before processing your order with details of further postage costs.
We mainly use courier companies for deliveries (signature required). We also use the postal service from time to time.
We will dispatch your order within 1 working day of receipt of your order, once the item is in stock. (89% of orders are dispatched next day).
Delivery times will up to 4 days from dispatch within the UK. (Mostly 2 days!)
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
