Ginseng is commonly known to increase energy levels. This product uses extracts of Siberian ginseng in an herbal tincture to combat stress and fatigue. The benefits of ginseng include improving physical performance, improving physical endurance, improving resistance to stress, and enhancing the body's natural restoration abilities.
The tincture is made from extracts of the fleshy root of the organically grown ginseng plant. To use this product simply disperse 20-30 drops of the herbal tincture in a little water and take twice daily.
Please note that combining ginseng with stimulants such as caffeine is unadvisable, as it may worsen the side effects of the stimulants. Ginseng should be avoided when consuming alcohol. It should not be used by pregnant women or young children, or by those suffering from low moods, high blood pressure, anxiety or any inflammatory diseases and disorders. Excessive intakes of ginseng may result in headaches, nausea, restlessness and high blood pressure.
