Amisa Organic Spelt Cheese & Pumpkin Seed Crispbread is high in fibre and has a higher content of protein and vitamins compared to wheat. Although it isd not gluten free, spelt bread can be tolerated by some people with wheat allergies. The addition of cheese gives a delicious, rich flavour and it is studded with pumpkin seeds for extra crunchiness.

All Amisa Spelt crispbreads are produced in a project which provides employment for people with special needs.
