Many things can cause fatigue. These include:
- A lack of certain vitamins and minerals. - Not enough exercise. You are finally home, worn out after a long day in front of the computer screen and the last thing you feel like doing is going for a jog around the block. - Having an underactive thyroid. Recently we have all become more aware of the area near the hypothalamus which we call the thyroid.
