Higher Nature Omega 3 Fish Oils contain EPA and DHA (key omega 3 fatty acids), which are important for a healthy heart and arteries, the brain and for flexible joints. This premium fish oil is vigorously screened for PCBs and other pollutants to ensure it is of the highest standard possible. Higher Nature Omega 3 Fish Oils is available in 30, 90 or 180 capsules.
Ingredients: One (1) tablet provides 1000mg Fish oil, providing 180g EPA, 120mg DHA. Also contains: Capsule shell: gelatine, glycerine, antioxidant:d-alpha tocopherol. Made with Halal and Kosher gelatine.
Directions: Food supplement for adults, take one (1) to three (3) capsules a day, with meals.
