Solgar’s Advanced Omega blend has been formulated to include Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids in the optimal ratio of 2:1:1. Modern food processing techniques often lead to the loss of these essential fatty acids that are said to play a vital role in heart health, as well as the maintenance of the skin, brain and immune system. It is, therefore, important to supplement a healthy diet with Omega fatty acids.
